Use the same scene for both outputs
If IPTV Bluetooth audio seems behind the picture, begin with a short, lawful video containing clear speech. On your Get IPTV viewing device, compare its TV speakers with the paired headphones while keeping the player and video position the same. Notice whether the issue is late speech, brief dropouts or simply low volume; those are different observations. This comparison narrows the question but cannot prove which part of the setup is responsible.
Reconnect the accessory deliberately
On Google TV, previously paired accessories appear in Settings under Remote and Accessories; select the intended device and Connect when needed. Google recommends turning a troublesome Bluetooth accessory off and on, disconnecting unused paired devices and checking the accessory with another device. Follow the instructions for your actual TV or streaming box, because menu names vary. Make one change and repeat the same scene. A successful connection alone does not confirm that picture and speech are synchronized.
Give support an observation they can use
If the difference remains, record the TV or box model, player version, headphone model and which output was affected. Check the accessory manufacturer’s software guidance before installing anything. Describe the result plainly: the same scene was aligned on TV speakers but late through headphones, or both outputs behaved alike. Avoid changing an unfamiliar audio offset and several other settings together. Keep account details private; no comparison promises a fix or makes a different subscription necessary.
